DAILY RATES PER APARTMENT
- Low season: October* – November* – December* – January* – February* – March* 80€ per night (up to 4 people)
- Mid season: June** – April* – Maj* – September* 90€ per night (up to 4 people)
- High season: July** – August** 130€ per night (up to 4 people)
*Minimum stay 3 nights
**Minimum stay 7 days
Possible arrival days: on Tuesday, Saturday
For stays less than 3 nights, an additional 30€ for final cleaning will be charged.
- CHECK IN from 2 pm to 6 pm
- CHECK OUT within 10 am
Daily rate includes: electricity, water and gas, TV, first supply of bed and bath linen, final cleaning and parking.
Daily rate doesn’t include: cleaning and hygiene products
Extra on request: linen change 10€ per bed, towel change 5€ per person, cot 3€ per day, high chair 3€ per day.
BOOKING
Reservations through our web site or writing to info@residenzaantonietta.it
Upon receipt of our confirmation, you will be required to make an advance payment of 150€, deducted from the final bill.

CANCELLATION
In case of booking cancellation within 15 days before arrival, the advance payment will be fully repaid; in other cases it will be fully retained.
BALANCE
The full amount of stay will be made the day of arrival
